The Tidewater Queer History Project's new podcast, Out in the South, uses oral history interviews, archival audio footage, and historical records to chronicle queer life in Southeastern Virginia. This presentation will include a short podcast listening session, and podcast creators and researchers will discuss how to make local history accessible to communities through archival research and storytelling.
